Sam's is open seven days a week across Fife.
Kirkcaldy (Mon & Fri) Dunfermline (Thurs & Sun) Leven (Tues, Wed & Sat) all 12 noon - 8pm

We offer support with mental health, crisis support, challenging thoughts, suicidal thoughts. At Sam's the support is free of cost, accessible and available evenings and weekends. Peer Workers at Sam's are employed and trained with SAMH...the Scottish Association For Mental Health.

Sam's Leven is a drop in project based in the centre of Leven, in Forth Street Hall...across the road from the Greig Institute.

The team at Sam's have their own lived experience of mental health issues and recovery, meaning the team can offer distinctive peer support. One to one support is available on a drop in basis. There is no need for a referral for Sam's, you are welcome to drop in anytime.

At Sam's we aim to make attending Sam's as comfortable as possible. Through the main doors of the Forth Street Hall you will see a Sam's banner in front of you, Sam's is through the door on the left of the banner in the main hall of the building. 

Sam's is a relaxed, open and safe space for attendees. In Sam's you will find tables and chairs set out like a cafe for attendees.

There are Sam's peer developed resources available to support you through mental health issues. The team at Sam's will offer you support with regards to developing coping strategies and progressing resiliency.
